A LOT!\n• Organize service reviews and improvement meetings with customers, and \nhandle ad-hoc requests that go your way.\n• Ensure timely incident management and risk escalation.\n• Support customer equipment handling and service delivery.\n• Manage vendor contracts and contribute to infrastructure upgrades.\n\nAbout you:\n• Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure (electrical, mechanical, cooling, \ncabling).\n• Familiar with high-density power and cooling technologies and best practices.\n• Experienced in DC systems: DCIM, BMS, EPMS, HVAC, security, and automation.\n• Understands industry codes, standards, and compliance requirements.\n• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\n\nQualifications:\n• A first Technical Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science is \ndesirable; equivalent experience will also be considered.\n• Good experience in implementing communications infrastructure or customer \nmanagement.\n• Preferably ITIL Certified and the ability to converse in Mandarin is a must.
