This position will provide direct support to engineering platforms and microservices used to develop critical applications leveraged across multiple DoD customers.\nWhat You'll Do:\nDevelop infrastructure, task automation, provision managed services leveraging Ansible and scripting programming languages.\nManage CI/CD pipelines to automate building, testing, and deploying code utilizing GitLab.\nInstall, configure, and provide performance support for container Orchestration Engines (OE) such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Docker Swarm.\nManage commercial cloud computing platforms (Azure and AWS).\nCommunicate and collaborate effectively with other team members, as well as with stakeholders.\nCollaborate with other software and test teams to integrate capabilities.\nStay abreast of the latest developments in cybersecurity threats and offensive capabilities and contribute to internal research and development efforts.\nMaintain and update documentation pertaining to systems builds.\nEducation/Experience/Skillset Required:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related field and 2 years’ experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.\nFamiliarity with automation tools and solid understanding of Linux.\nComfortable using version control and configuration management tools such as Git or SVN.\nExperience deploying and managing containerized applications in Kubernetes clusters and custom manifests.\nFamiliarity with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS).\nGeneral understanding of DevSecOps principles and the secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDL).\nExperience with: Configuring and managing Linux based computing resources\n Using automated infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines using Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or similar tools\n Virtualization platforms (e.g., KVM, ProxMox, VSphere)\n Ability to understand and describe highly technical software systems\n Knowledge of DoD environment, systems, and applications\n Comfortable troubleshooting and resolving technical issues\n\n AA / Disability / VeteranUS Salary Range: $79,000 - $125,000\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on several factors including location, skills, and experience.
