In this role you will get to define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for cyber mission systems, with a focus on cloud networking and internet connectivity, in support of OCO.\n *This is an onsite position located in Columbia, MD and requires a TS/SCI w/CI Poly*What You'll Do:\nProvide thought leadership and work with key stakeholders to understand requirements, build partnerships, and provide technology solutions for highly reliable and redundant network connectivity.\nLead Product backlog refinement, ensuring features and capabilities for cloud networking solutions are well defined, prioritized, and decomposed into actionable user stories.\nCollaborate with other Product Managers, Release Train Engineers, and Scrum Masters to drive Program Increment (Pl) execution, risk mitigation, and cross-team collaboration for networking-focused projects.\n Engage with government stakeholders to gather feedback and align capability delivery for virtualized and containerized solutions. \nParticipate in technical exchange meetings (TEMs), operational working groups, and other OCO forums related to cloud networking.\nPartner with clients to understand business objectives, user behaviors, and product vision, develop product concepts, roadmaps, test plans, and functional specifications for cloud networking solutions.\nCollaborate with designers and engineers to conceptualize, design, and deliver multi-platform applications with a focus on robust and secure network connectivity.\nLead engagements alongside company partners as well as the top designers and technologists in the industry.\nEducation/Experience/Skillset Required:\nBachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Computer Science or related field with 12 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience.\nExperience working with government agencies or contractors in the intelligence or defense sectors.\nSolid understanding of cloud networking principles, including high reliability and redundant internet connectivity.\nStrong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with experience with Agile methodologies and cloud services. Experience with networking technologies such as firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs. Familiarity with Atlassian tools, such as Jira and Confluence.\nExperience in the development of products and/or management in a development environment. They build and implement product strategies aligned with the OCO PMO's vision, develop roadmaps, and prioritize features for cloud networking and connectivity solutions.\nFacilitate interactions between all stakeholders and actively interacting. \nProactive, hands-on leader who takes ownership, engages stakeholders and supports the teams needs.\nGuides and mentor junior staff and collaborates across teams to shape requirements and deliver products on time and within budget. \nWhat Sets You Apart:\nSAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or similar Agile certification(s) is desirable. AWS Certified Advanced Networking, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or similar networking certifications.\nAWS Certified Advanced Networking.\nCompTIA Network+\nClearance Required: TS/SCI w/CI Poly\nAA / Disability / VeteranUS Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on several factors including location, skills, and experience.
