In this role you'll assist the Program Manager in project execution and employee management. The PJMII will work in close coordination with the Program Manager to ensure that the project stays within the cost, scope, and schedule parameters defined in the contract or project charter. The PJMII will work with the Technical Leads to ensure that the technology, product and service delivered to the customer meets their needs and helps to ensure job satisfaction of team members.\nWhat You'll Do:\nMonitor and control the project by working closely with the Program Manager and group leads to ensure company processes are executed to ensure high quality deliverables and meeting the project timeline. Assists PM in preparation of monthly status reports.\nManage contract costs, schedules and technical performance commitments to ensure effective contract execution from kickoff through close-out.\nManage staff development, mentoring, problem resolution, and morale of geographically distributed workforce with guidance from the PM.\nManage business staff, customers, vendors, and partners.\nAssists PM with proposal process including business strategy, teaming, cost estimation, WBS and schedule development.\nHire and manage the performance of employees under the direction of the Program Manager.\nContribute to the forecast and management of direct labor to achieve revenue goals.\nExecute Program Manager's direction to ensure business growth and alignment with corporate strategy.\nAssists PM to develop, manage and realize annual operating budget.\nSupport regular customer meetings, briefings, Technical Exchange Meetings, and business development opportunities.\nPrepares monthly status reports, integrated master schedule, work plans, estimates, technical reports, and other deliverables as required.\nEducation/Experience/Skillset Required:\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, or related discipline and 5 years experience conducting/performing complex research focused technology projects/programs OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's Degree in Engineering, Management or related discipline preferred. \nMinimum of 2 years technical leadership experience.\nDemonstrated understanding of DoD contract management.\nMust be able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.\nAbility to understand and describe technical systems and solutions.\nWhat Sets You Apart:\nExperience executing on and managing UAV programs for the DoD\nPMP certification \nSecurity Clearance: Ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI\nAA / Disability / VeteranUS Salary Range: $106,590 - $155,000\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on several factors including location, skills, and experience.
