In this role you’ll be responsible for security management, including Contract Program Security Officer (CPSO) duties, and supervision of the Security Department as well as all aspects of collateral programs. Ensure compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP), Intelligence Community Directives (ICD), Joint Air Force-Army-Navy (JAFAN) manuals, and other federal security directives.\n *This is an onsite position located in Rome, NY and requires a Top Secret clearance*What You’ll Do:\nResponsible for all aspects of physical, personnel, and information security.\nSupervise department security professionals, performing activities such as hiring, training, evaluating and managing performance and career development, assigning work, coordinating schedules of all security personnel to ensure secure facility.\nAdvises Program Managers and staff in the interpretation of security guidelines and the development of plans and procedures to meet customer security requirements.\nInterface with government security officers, AIS program managers and supporting staff on security matters.\nDevelop and implement an effective Security and Education Training Awareness (SETA) program to include initial, refresher and continuing education programs, Operations Security (OPSEC), Insider Threat programs, Foreign travel programs, Standard Practice and Procedures (SPP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)\nConduct an annual self-inspection, document the self-inspection, and submit to the appropriate CSA to include the hosting of periodic security reviews.\nOversee the adherence of classified storage, annual classified inventory, classified media control, reproduction/destruction, and the visitor control program.\nMonitor the reproduction and/or duplication and destruction capabilities.\nResponsible for reporting of adverse information to the appropriate CSA.\nMaintain and update fixed facility checklist (FFC) and other facility documentation as required.\nEducation/Experience/Skillset Required:\nBachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 8 years industry experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience with the following: Defense Information Security System (DISS)\n National Background Investigative Services (NBIS)\n Industrial Security Facilities Database (ISFD), Electronic Facility Clearance System (e-FCL).\n Distributed INFOSEC Accounting System (DIAS)\n Automated Access Control (AAC)\n Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)\n Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) for FSO\n\nClearance Required: TS (SCI eligible)\nTravel Required: Less than 10%\n AA / Disability / VeteranUS Salary Range: $123,085 - $155,000\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on several factors including location, skills, and experience.
