This role requires deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead test processes on behalf of government stakeholders.\n *This is an onsite position located in Columbia, MD and requires a TS/SCI w/CI Poly*What You’ll Do:\nPlan, coordinate, and execute test events, ensuring all activities are properly advertised, and stakeholders understand event schedules and requirements. \nPrepare and execute comprehensive test plans and conduct Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) with both internal and external organizations ahead of scheduled test events. \nDefine and oversee Developmental Test & Evaluation (DT&E), Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E), and Cyber Test & Evaluation (Cyber T&E) processes within the Program Management Office (PMO). \nEnsure all DT&E and OT&E activities align with customer mandates and are properly integrated into the overarching test strategy and individual test plans. \nProvide test-focused recommendations for acquisition contracts and ensure test-related requirements are enforced during contract execution.\nConduct functional, regression, integration, and system-level testing as required.\nDocument defects, test results, and process improvements.\nCollaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and program personnel to ensure system requirements are met.\nLead and facilitate test-related meetings, reviews, and workflow processes.\nMaintain documentation and traceability in accordance with government and program standards.\nSupport continuous improvement of QA/T&E methodologies within the team.\nEducation/Experience/Skillset Required:\nMaster’s degree and 15 years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 18 years of experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Relevant fields include Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security, and Systems Engineering.\nExperience in software development and Object-Oriented Programming.\nExperience executing QA and/or T&E for government systems.\nExperience generating test plans, managing test cases, and reporting results of test events.\nAbility to own, conduct, and document test-related processes, meetings, and workflows on behalf of government stakeholders.\nAbility to clearly communicate technical concepts to both engineering teams and non-technical audiences.\nExperience using Atlassian products (or similar tools).\nWhat Sets You Apart:\nDAWIA Test and Evaluation Practitioner.\nQA and/or T&E experience within DoD/DoW system acquisitions.\nFamiliarity with cyber systems, especially defensive cyber capabilities.\nAbility to reference and apply federal policy to team processes.\nAdministrative-level experience with Atlassian products (or similar) within engineering environments.\nClearance Required: TS/SCI w/CI Poly\nAA / Disability / Veteran US Salary Range: $150,000 - $215,000\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on several factors including location, skills, and experience.
