You’ll help bring campaigns to life across email, social media, websites, webinars, and digital content while gaining exposure to how modern B2B marketing programs are built and measured.\nResponsibilities:\nContent Creation & Marketing Support\nDraft copy for emails, blogs, social posts and newsletter content.\nRepurpose webinars, reports and research into multiple content formats.\nAssist with content uploads and publishing.\nAssist with developing and maintaining the content calendar.\nEmail Marketing & CRM\nBuild and schedule email campaigns in HubSpot/Nutshell CRM.\nSupport CRM organization and database management.\nHelp track campaign performance and generate basic reports.\nStay current on emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices.\nDigital Marketing & Website Support\nPublish and update website and blog content.\nAssist with SEO optimization and content updates.\nSupport webinar, event, and report launch activities.\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and automation.\nExperience & Qualifications:\n1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, content marketing, or a related field.\nStrong written communication skills with the ability to draft marketing content across multiple channels.\nExperience using Canva or similar design tools.\nBasic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.).\nComfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail.\nStrong initiative and ability to work independently.\nQuick learner with an interest in marketing technology and digital trends.\nBonus if you have:\nExperience with HubSpot or another CRM platform.\nKnowledge of email marketing best practices.\nExperience with SEO
