With expertise across media planning, buying, analytics, and digital, they deliver impactful results for clients across industries.\nAbout the Role\nThe Sr. Site Analyst will be responsible for analyzing site performance across a wide array of client sites, including paid and earned traffic generated through media, search, social, email, and other channels.\nThis role will support the Associate Director in understanding business and analytics needs and developing reporting that enables informed decision-making, generates actionable insights, and drives recommended actions. The Sr. Site Analyst will work alongside a team of resources to automate reporting, develop insights, and identify opportunities to optimize future marketing efforts.\nThe role will provide exposure to a wide variety of data-driven analyses across media, site, email, and social, while leveraging Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI to effectively visualize and communicate performance.\nResponsibilities:\nServe a multitude of functions including, but not limited to, investigation of insights to explain causality of site performance and then recommend experience optimizations.\nPlan, design, and have ongoing accountability for the creation of cutting-edge visualizations to meet our client’s needs.\nCollaborate with clients and across agency teams to analyze cross-channel campaign performance, including media, social, email and site as well as creative performance.\nSupport the evolution of the client’s analytical capabilities, including leveraging Adobe’s Customer Journey Analytics tool to assess individual and cross-channel performance.\nContinuously look for improvements, monitor quality levels, and manage quality problems.\nLead client conversations related to ongoing initiatives where you help clients understand current performance and identify opportunities to optimize future efforts.\nEducation & Experience:\n5+ years of experience in site analysis and advanced knowledge of Adobe Analytics with an understanding of related Adobe Marketing Cloud products.\nDemonstrated experience applying statistical analysis to datasets, visualizing results, and communicating the correct interpretation.\nHighly accountable self-starter with the ability to work well within a group, as well as independently.\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Computer Science or Data Science preferred.\nMust be proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint);
