The Data Management Team is the primary point of contact for all operational data needs, curating trusted data assets, developing KPIs and data models, and delivering standardized reporting and data solutions that support business units across the organization.\nThe Data Solutions Analyst position is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining enterprise data solutions by sourcing, integrating, and modelling operational and customer data for broad organizational consumption. This role develops scalable data pipelines and curated data models that support reporting, analytics, advanced visualization, and emerging AI/ML use cases across all branches of the organization.\nResponsibilities:\nData Solution Design & Development\nDesign, build, and maintain enterprise data solutions for operational and customer data.\nDevelop scalable data pipelines and curated data models for organizational consumption.\nImplement data transformations, logic, and queries to deliver reliable metrics.\nAutomate data processes and reporting to improve efficiency and scalability.\nDesign interim or manual data solutions where automation is not yet feasible.\nData Integration & Sourcing\nSource and integrate data from key operational systems and datasets. \nDevelop manual data extraction methods where automated access is unavailable. \nSupport data ingestion and insertion into governed internal data environments. \nCollaborate with IT partners to align integration approaches with enterprise platforms and standards.\nData Quality & Governance\nAssess data quality and fitness for use in business and operational contexts. \nIdentify, investigate, and resolve data anomalies and integrity issues. \nImplement data validation rules, controls, and monitoring mechanisms. \nRecommend design and process improvements to enhance data reliability. \nEnsure alignment with enterprise data governance frameworks and standards.\nData Consumption Enablement\nEnable reporting, analytics, and advanced visualization through well-designed data assets. \nSupport dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reports by delivering trusted modeled data. \nProvide data and analytical support for business cases and improvement initiatives. \nDevelop data solutions that improve visibility into performance and operational trends.\nBusiness Partnership and Collaboration\nPartner with business stakeholders to translate data needs into technical solutions.\nCollaborate with BI, analytics, and IT teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions.\nPresent data findings, insights, and solution outcomes to stakeholders as required.\nSupport enterprise and cross-functional initiatives through trusted data delivery.\nKnowledge Sharing and Continuous Improvement\nShare technical knowledge and data management best practices with team members. \nContribute to continuous improvement of data processes, tools, and ways of working. \nSupport testing of new data sources, pipelines, and changes to existing structures. \nPromote sustainable, well-documented, and supportable data solutions. \nQualifications\nUniversity degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Data Management, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 3 years of relevant work experience. \nExperience working with enterprise data platforms, including data integration, data management, and data warehousing solutions.\nExperience with data processing and storage platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Talend, and Snowflake.\nExperience with statistical or data analysis tools such as SAS, or other data mining and analytical programming tools.\nProficiency in data and query languages, including SQL/T-SQL, Python, DAX, and other database or scripting languages.\nStrong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.\nAbility to design and deliver data solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\nSelf-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.\nAbility to understand the operational and financial implications of data-driven decisions and support cost-benefit analysis.\nConditions of Employment:\nCandidates must be eligible to work in the country of interest at the time any offer of employment is made and are responsible for obtaining any required work permits, visas, or other authorizations necessary for employment.
