Let your career take flight by joining our diverse and vibrant team at the leading edge of passenger aviation.\nReporting to the Director, SP - Inflight Catering & Product, this position is responsible for: managing monthly reconciliation and financial performance against established agreements(s); creating, managing, and reporting financial and performance KPIs; assisting in the operationalization of new contracts; collaborating on continuous improvement opportunities; and translating business requirements into AI enabled solutions.\nResponsibilities:\nManage the overall financial and operational performance of assigned Partners to assure maximum value deliverance from the partner relationships\nManage Invoice payment performance, invoice controls and reporting to key internal stakeholders\nProvide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or contracts\nMonitor and manage the operational aspects of partner contracts, which includes but is not limited to contract compliance management, dispute and resolution management, change order management, invoice alignment, Statements of Work & Work Orders alignment, and general contract oversight\nAssist in the alignment of SLAs and KPI’s (operational and financial) with business strategy and operational execution\nCollaborate with the Finance Department to establish and report on fiscal reporting metrics\nAssist in the develop strategy based on partner segmentation, performance outcomes, and relationship and cost objectives \nBuild strong cross-functional links to internal finance and operational teams\nSchedule and conduct Internal & External Annual Contract Reviews, and develop Improvement Action Plan(s)\nBe the primary POC for Air Canada on all issues related to executed Agreements for assigned Partner\nMonthly reconciliation and finalization of the on-time performance and the service failure KPIs with our partners, using the Power BI dashboard and related applications.\nIdentify performance improvement opportunities to Partners and internal Service Owners\nMaintains effective relationships across the client and Partner organizations and facilitates issue resolution\nQualifications\nMinimum 12 months of accounting; relationship management and/or operations experience in a large company \nAn accounting/finance degree and/or relevant experience commensurate to the role\nAbility to design, configure, or leverage AI agents to automate workflows, analyze large datasets, conduct research, generate insights, support sourcing events, manage supplier information, and improve business decision-making. Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure AI, or similar enterprise AI platforms is considered an asset.\nDemonstrated effective analytical skills, and experience with Big Data\nTeam player and ability to function effectively in a fast paced, team-oriented work environment with a bias toward action \nAbility to operate effectively under conditions of ambiguity \nAbility to understand and affect decisions strategically for the interest of Air Canada first and foremost \nDemonstrated ability to foster relationships and ability to lead and influence with or without formal authority\nStrong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high-quality work \nDemonstrated ability to prepare and deliver senior level reports and presentations\nDemonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills \nFamiliar with Transport Canada Aviation regulations and norms.\nDemonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.\nConditions of Employment:\nCandidates must be eligible to work in the country of interest at the time any offer of employment is made and are responsible for obtaining any required work permits, visas, or other authorizations necessary for employment.
