They must demonstrate a strong sense of organization and investigative skills, work autonomously and deliver accurate inventory audit findings in a timely manner.\nThe position is located near the Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport, Montreal.\nResponsibilities:\nLiaise with various internal departments, external customers, manufacturers’ representatives, and shop personnel as required.\nProvide general clerical and administrative support within Technical Services.\nMaintain and update reports, records, files, databases, and other tracking systems.\nPrepare, organize, and distribute documentation and operational information as required.\nProvide administrative and clerical support to Ground Support Equipment (GSE) operations, as assigned.\nEnsure accuracy and integrity of technical and operational records.\nSupport departmental processes by performing associated administrative and reporting duties.\nAssist with other related duties and special projects as required.\nUsing Staff Admin (ESS), create daily rosters, monitor ESS anomalies.\nYour benefits\nAs one of the leading employers in Canada, we like to ensure our employees are well rewarded with a range of benefits including:\nAir Canada staff love to travel and we have one of the most generous employee travel programs in the industry.
