Supporting planning tools, creating detailed reports, creating models which are used to create staffing forecasts and recommendations. The Analyst also works on various projects, implementations, and dashboard development to promote efficiencies for the Airports North America branch.\nThis position may be located in Montreal, Toronto or Vancouver.\nResponsibilities:\nData sourcing, data housing/organization, interpreting and analyzation, summarizing and reporting.\nSupport existing tool infrastructure and future development\nDevelop and implement new tools and processes, dashboards, scorecards\nPreparing presentations in support of monthly/quarterly senior leadership meetings and various strategic initiatives of the organization\nWrite and validate rule parameters to ensure compliance with current engagement standards and quickly adapting to changes within the business\nCalibrate staffing utilization and productivity reports and metrics\nCreate analysis of flight schedules, determine optimal yearly periods for all resource reassessments\nCollect time and motion data within the Airports operations as required to ensure the most accurate data is being used in the planning models\nSupport projects and recommendations with quantitative and qualitative information\nWith the Workforce Planning team and Airports leadership, assist with dashboard development and goal setting using data analysis, such as overtime/undertime metrics\nProvide solution support, managerial reporting, budgeting and financial evaluation/analysis, process development, and detailed accounting.\nProvide guidance to resource and operational teams using statistical analysis.\nCarry out trend analysis and make appropriate recommendations\nCollaborate with various partners such as Talent Acquisition, Network Planning, and Finance\nDevelop and create ad-hoc reports\nPerform other duties as required\nQualifications\nPost Secondary Education an asset\nThree (3) to five (5) years of analytical experience in a related field\nAdvanced proficiency with all Microsoft Office 365 tools, prominently Excel\nExperience with SharePoint, Power BI and Microsoft Teams/Webex/Zoom online collaborative software\nExperience in Workforce Planning solutions software\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nStrong team leadership and development skills\nPossess a comprehensive knowledge of the Airport experience and operation along with an understanding of the interdependencies of all operating and support systems\nAbility to work under pressure in a fast paced, deadline driven team environment\nAbility to work with minimal supervision\nStrong business foundations\nConditions of Employment:\nCandidates must be eligible to work in the country of interest at the time any offer of employment is made and are responsible for obtaining any required work permits, visas, or other authorizations necessary for employment.
