In this role, you'll help deliver an exceptional resident experience by maintaining apartment homes, completing service requests, and preparing apartments for new residents. You'll use industry-leading maintenance technology, work alongside a supportive team, and apply your technical skills across multiple trades to solve problems that directly impact residents every day.

• Expected hourly rate of$25-$27 per hour. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

What You Will Do

• Deliver exceptional service to residents and support fellow team members
• Complete apartment turns using AIR's established processes to create move-in-ready homes for new residents
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems and apartment components, including plumbing, basic electrical systems, HVAC equipment, appliances, and related maintenance items
• Complete resident service requests accurately, efficiently, and professionally
• Provide functional or technical guidance to other Maintenance Technicians when needed and help support their skill development
• Assist with vendor quality management and move-in/move-out inspections as assigned
• Adapt to changing community needs, seasonal priorities, and varying maintenance requirements

What You Have

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably within apartment, facilities, building maintenance, or related environments
• Demonstrated proficiency in at least two technical trades, such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, or related disciplines
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, seasonal workload fluctuations, and on-call rotations of at least one week per month
• Reliable transportation for responding to emergency service requests while on call
• Ability and willingness to perform physically demanding work, including moving equipment and machinery as required
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
