Build a reputation for reliability.\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field\n\nAt least five years of progressive corporate finance experience, with a strong understanding of financial concepts, processes, modeling best practices, and financial systems.\n\nExpert proficiency in Excel and comfort building complex models.\n\nHighly desirable skills include: experience presenting to senior leaders, strong financial writing skills, and Hyperion PBCS system experience. A background in FP&A is preferred with experience in accounting and real estate being beneficial, but not required.\n\nWe have a lot of great tools - SQL, Power BI, Blue Prism, Power Apps, Python, Machine Learning, Microsoft Flow, VBA are all great skills to bring to the team\n\n AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels.
