Technicians who excel at consistently providing positive resident experiences can earn up to $250 per month.\nHow We Support You\nWe provide the tools, resources, and support needed to help you work efficiently and continue developing your technical skills.\nTechnology that helps prioritize service requests and manage work orders efficiently\nOrganized maintenance shops and access to tools that help streamline repairs\nExperienced leadership and collaborative teammates\nWhat You Will Do\nDeliver professional service to residents and support fellow team members\nComplete apartment turns and prepare homes for new residents according to AIR standards\nTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and other building systems\nPerform preventative maintenance and routine property inspections\nComplete service requests accurately, safely, and efficiently\nAssist with move-in and move-out inspections\nSupport vendor coordination and quality control when needed\nProvide technical guidance to other maintenance team members when appropriate\nSupport additional maintenance responsibilities based on community needs and your technical skill set\n Who You Are\nA dependable maintenance professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and solving problems effectively\nCommitted to providing excellent service and maintaining positive resident relationships\nComfortable using technology to manage work orders and support efficient service delivery\nAble to work independently while contributing to the success of the maintenance team\nFocused on safety, accountability, and completing work the right way the first time\nWhat You Have\nAt least 2 years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing, facilities, building operations, hospitality, or a related environment\nWorking knowledge of at least two technical trades, including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, or general maintenance\nStrong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently\nAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts based on community needs\nReliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call\nAbility to safely lift, carry, and move equipment, tools, and materials required for maintenance work\nAbility to read, write, and speak English\n What You Need to Know\nApplication Deadline: The initial deadline for applications is 09/30/2026.
