This is a hands-on field role where you will work alongside and learn directly from our journeymen and foremen on commercial new construction and service projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, and serious about building a long-term career in the plumbing trade. We are looking for people who want to grow into our next generation of journeymen and field leaders, and we will invest in getting you there.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nAssist journeymen and foremen with installation of commercial plumbing systems, including underground, rough-in, and trim-out on new construction projects\nSupport service, repair, and maintenance work on commercial plumbing systems across institutional, industrial, and multifamily facilities\nInstall, cut, thread, and join piping systems including cast iron, PVC, copper, PEX, and carbon steel under the direction of licensed plumbers\nLearn to read and work from construction drawings, specifications, and isometrics\nHelp with layout, excavation, pipe support and hanger installation, testing, and inspection preparation\nLoad, unload, organize, and track jobsite materials, tools, and equipment\nKeep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times\nCommunicate clearly and professionally with foremen, teammates, and General Contractor personnel\nFollow all company safety policies, OSHA standards, and jobsite-specific requirements\nActively pursue the training, hours, and licensing steps needed to advance toward a Texas Journeyman Plumber License\nExperience & Requirements:\nRequired:\nValid Texas Plumber’s Apprentice registration or Texas Tradesman Plumber-Limited License (required)\nCommercial plumbing experience preferred; Tradesman applicants should have commercial new construction and/or service experience\nDemonstrated commitment to earning a Texas Journeyman Plumber License\nBasic knowledge of plumbing hand tools, power tools, and jobsite safety practices\nAbility to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in trenches, crawl spaces, and outdoor condition.\nReliable transportation to and from assigned jobsites\nValid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record\nMust pass pre-employment background check and drug screen\nMust obtain OSHA 10 certification within 60 days of employment (company-supported)\nAbility to obtain and maintain security badging for Dallas ISD, DFW Airport, and other secured facilities\nStrong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to take direction and learn\nPreferred:Texas Tradesman Plumber-Limited License\n1-4 years of commercial plumbing experience in new construction or service\nExperience reading plumbing drawings and installing to spec\nExperience with press fittings, grooved piping, Soldering, and Cast Iron systems\nBilingual (English/Spanish)\nBenefits:\nWe offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package, including:\nHealth & Wellness - Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage to support your well-being.\nFinancial Security - 401(k) retirement plan with company match and short/long-term disability coverage.\nWork-Life Balance - Paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, and an employee assistance program (EAP).\nProfessional Development - Ongoing training opportunities and support for continuing education.\nAdditional Perks - Company-supported training toward your Texas Journeyman Plumber License, including classroom education and exam preparation, OSHA 10 support and professional education funding, and a clear career path from Apprentice to Tradesman, Journeyman, and Foreman as the division expands.\nThe Company provides equal employment opportunity in accordance with applicable laws and prohibits discrimination and harassment.
