This individual will work to support account management services for our contractor customers by managing and completing the order management process.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain product knowledge and order entry procedures for all products.\nProvide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.\nAssist the Account Managers in ensuring the project is managed to the right quality standards and completed efficiently and on time. \nOrder equipment from manufacturers and process returns accurately and efficiently.\nTrack and communicate project milestones, lead times, and delivery schedules to contractors and internal teams.\nProcess change orders, verify pricing and scope adjustments, and update project documentation as required.\nCoordinate shipping/logistics with manufacturers and customers.\nEnsure that key information and data is effectively shared and appropriately retained. \nInterface with multiple stakeholders, including but not limited to accounting, estimating, account managers, customers and vendors. \nComplete workflow of project information and order management.\nAttend relevant meetings to support customer orders \nInteract with accounting to reconcile invoices and making order corrections.\nParticipate in team meetings and product training to enhance industry knowledge.\nAdditional duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations; however, such duties will be reasonable, job-related, and consistent with the scope, level, and classification of the position.Experience and Requirements:\nBusiness, Construction, Architecture, or a related field education from a college or university. Relevant work experience will also be considered in lieu of a degree. \nMinimum of (2) years professional experience in project controls or administration within the construction industry. \nStrong collaboration and relationship building skills. \nCommunicate effectively with internal personnel and external customers.\nAble to perform in a high-transaction business.
