This role combines technical estimating, sales support, project management, and financial ownership.\nThe Project Manager will work with Sales during the opportunity-development stage to perform site assessments, develop scopes of work, prepare estimates, and identify project risks. Following award, the Project Manager will own the project through planning, procurement, field execution, commissioning, customer turnover, and closeout.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nPartner with Sales to develop commercial HVAC project opportunities.\nPerform site surveys and evaluate existing conditions, constructability, access, schedule, and project risk.\nDevelop clear scopes of work, assumptions, exclusions, and customer responsibilities.\nPrepare estimates covering equipment, materials, labor, subcontractors, controls, electrical, rigging, insulation, travel, commissioning, and other project costs.\nReview drawings, specifications, submittals, and equipment requirements.\nDevelop project schedules, procurement plans, manpower requirements, and execution strategies.\nManage awarded projects from Sales turnover through final closeout.\nCoordinate Field Superintendents, Technicians, subcontractors, vendors, equipment deliveries, startup, TAB, controls, and commissioning.\nManage project budgets, labor performance, committed costs, forecasting, change orders, billing support, and cost-to-complete.\nMaintain customer communication and resolve technical, schedule, and field coordination issues.\nEnsure projects are executed safely, meet quality expectations, and achieve financial objectives.\nExperience and Requirements:\n5+ years of commercial HVAC project management, estimating, construction management, field supervision, or related mechanical experience.\nStrong knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and systems including RTUs, split systems, VRF/VRV, chillers, boilers, pumps, hydronics, piping, ductwork, controls, and system integration.\nExperience developing HVAC estimates and detailed scopes of work.\nAbility to read mechanical drawings, specifications, P&IDs, equipment schedules, submittals, and sequences of operation.\nUnderstanding of subcontracted trades associated with HVAC projects, including electrical, controls, insulation, rigging, structural, plumbing, roofing, and TAB.\nStrong project financial management, forecasting, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and opportunities simultaneously.\nValid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.\nOSHA 30 preferred.\nBenefits:\nWe offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package, including:\nHealth & Wellness - Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage to support your well-being.\nFinancial Security - 401(k) retirement plan with company match and short/long-term disability coverage.\nWork-Life Balance - Paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, and an employee assistance program (EAP).\nProfessional Development - Ongoing training opportunities and support for continuing education.\nThe Company provides equal employment opportunity in accordance with applicable laws and prohibits discrimination and harassment.
