This is a customer-facing, hands-on warehouse position working in a manual inventory management environment. The Warehouse Associate will pick, pack, and ship customer orders utilizing a WMS, receive and put away stock and drop-ship orders, perform basic inventory practices, and maintain an organized warehouse environment. This person must be able to balance and appropriately prioritize concurrent tasks.\nThe role will also serve as a backup delivery driver when needed. A company box truck is available at the warehouse, and the employee must be insurable to operate the company vehicle. The employee will also need to be able to access military bases as required.\nThe position is primarily based in the warehouse with no regular travel to other warehouse locations.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nPick, pack, and ship customer orders.\nReceive and put away all stock and drop-ship orders.\nUtilize the warehouse management system to support warehouse and inventory\nactivity.\nPerform basic inventory practices.\nSupport counting and inventory activities with a strong focus on attention to detail\nand inventory accuracy.\nMaintain cleanliness of the warehouse.\nWrite up and report returns to the Inside Sales group for restocking.\nOperate a forklift using safe practices.\nOperate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.\nPull products from elevated locations utilizing ladders, mobile stairs, and forklifts.\nClimb ladders and stairs.\nWork from elevated platforms and locations.\nLift 50 lbs.\nIntake requirements indicate the ability to lift at least 70 lbs.\nUnder 1/3 of the time, the role may require lifting over 100 lbs.\nServe as a backup delivery driver if the primary driver is unavailable.\nMake deliveries using the company box truck when needed.\nMaintain insurability to operate the company vehicle.\nBe able to access military bases as required.\nSafely perform warehouse activities in accordance with applicable safety and OSHA\nrequirements.\nBalance and appropriately prioritize concurrent tasks.\nWork collaboratively as part of the warehouse team.\nSupport customer-facing warehouse activities as needed.\nAdditional duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations; however, such duties will be reasonable, job-related, and consistent with the scope, level, and classification of the position.\nExperience and Requirements:\nRequired\nWarehouse experience.\nOne to three months of related experience.\nExperience working in warehouse operations.\nBasic inventory management experience.\nExperience with warehouse management systems.\nBasic knowledge of Outlook and WMS.\nAbility to pick, pack, ship, receive, and put away products.\nForklift experience.\nAbility to safely operate warehouse equipment.\nAbility to climb ladders and stairs.\nAbility to work from elevated locations.\nAbility to meet the physical lifting requirements of the position.\nAbility to work in a manual inventory management warehouse environment.\nStrong attention to detail, particularly with counting and inventory.\nAbility to balance and prioritize multiple tasks.\nTeam-oriented approach.\nKnowledge of warehouse safety and OSHA requirements.\nAbility to operate a company box truck when serving as the backup delivery driver.\nMust be insurable to operate the company vehicle.\nMust be able to access military bases.\nAbility to work full-time onsite in Seattle.\nAbility to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and be available to\nclose the warehouse at 4:00 PM.\nPreferred\nPrior warehouse and inventory experience.\nExperience working in a high-SKU warehouse environment.\nExperience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.\nForklift certification.\nPrevious forklift and pallet jack experience.
