Go beyond posting jobs, actively hunt for top talent\nScreen & Assess: Evaluate applications and resumes with a critical eye, conducting phone screens and assessments to identify candidates who align with both role requirements and company culture\nFacilitate Interviews: Coordinate interview processes, prepare hiring teams with thoughtful interview guides, and provide candidate feedback and guidance\nClose Strong Offers: Partner with hiring managers and HR on competitive offers, negotiating terms and ensuring smooth offer-to-close conversions\nEnsure Compliance: Maintain thorough knowledge of EEO, ADA, and employment law to ensure all recruiting practices meet federal, state, and local requirements\nBuild Employer Brand: Represent our company professionally at career fairs, networking events, and on social platforms to strengthen our talent brand\nOptimize & Innovate: Continuously evaluate recruiting metrics, identify process improvements, and implement best practices to enhance candidate experience and hiring quality\nRequirements\nSkills/Abilities:\nStrategic Mindset: You understand recruiting as a business function and can align talent acquisition with organizational goals\nCommunication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels\nRelationship Builder: Natural ability to connect with people, build rapport, and maintain professional networks\nProject Management: Proven ability to manage multiple recruiting initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines under pressure\nTechnical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, HRIS platforms, and ATS systems. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar advanced sourcing tools is a plus. Comfortable learning new recruiting technology\nCompliance-Minded: Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, FCRA, and employment law requirements.
