The Area Manager ensures area operations are in full compliance with both internal and external regulations and safety requirements. The Area Manager ensures area operations are structured to provide continuity of supply to customers in a cost effective and efficient manner. The incumbent will carry out all responsibilities while promoting Air Liquide Healthcare's safety and quality practices.Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth across branches, focusing on increasing market share, enhancing profitability, and optimizing branch performance.\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and contracts to expand respiratory services and patient base.\nAccountable for achieving the territory’s financial targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Oxygen and Sleep businesses. \nExpand the B2B sales model by building strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, sleep clinics, and other industry partners to grow the customer base and referral network.\nLead and manage a team of employees across multiple branches, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.\nDrive team performance by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance management.\nEnsures that all operations in their area pertaining to Home Healthcare business including, but not limited to, respiratory and sleep apnea businesses are conducted in full compliance with both internal policies and procedures, external regulations including but not limited to Good Manufacturing Practices and safety requirements.\nDrive referrals from key accounts and referral sources, while ensuring that the referral process is seamless and patient care excellence is maintained at all times. \nSchedules team for most efficient coverage of territory including on-call rotation for off hours and weekends.\nResponsible for the efficient and cost effective implementation of Home Healthcare processes and procedures at area level. \nCollaborate with Operations Manager to ensure that products, assets and inventory used in Home Healthcare operations are maintained according to internal procedures and traced properly. \nCollaborate with the Clinical Manager to ensure that staff are properly trained and qualified and re-qualified as required by industry regulations \nFoster a positive work environment by mentoring and developing staff, addressing performance, and promoting continuous improvement. \nEnsure consistent application of company policies and procedures, while encouraging open communication and team collaboration. \nRecruit new staff when approved with support from Regional Director and Human Resources Department.\n__________________\nAre you a MATCH?\nBachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent experience.\n5-8 years of experience with supervision of employees in a business or clinical setting.\nStrong people management and leadership skills.\nStrong business acumen with a focus on financial performance\nRelationship building and B2B sales expertise \nCustomer-focused with an emphasis on driving referral marketing\nExperience in a role that has financial accountability and managing P&L. \nValid Driver’s License\nBilingual (English/French) is an asset\nAdditional Information\nAccommodations are available on request for candidates taking part in all aspects of the selection process.
