How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Principais Responsabilidades e Atribuições

• Controle de Estoque e Materiais • Realizar o controle diário e a organização do estoque. • Registrar a entrada e saída de materiais de forma precisa.
• Conduzir inventários periódicos de materiais.
• Preencher e manter atualizadas as planilhas de controle de cilindros e de inventário geral.

Logística e Roteirização:

• Assegurar a elaboração eficiente da programação de entregas.
• Realizar o fechamento de rotas e o planejamento diário.
• Acompanhar as entregas em curso em tempo real, prestando suporte a motoristas e ajudantes.
• Interagir de forma contínua com as transportadoras parceiras.

Rotinas Administrativas e Atendimento:

• Emitir, conferir e organizar as notas fiscais (NFs) da operação.
• Preencher e atualizar planilhas de indicadores de qualidade das transportadoras.
• Realizar atendimento telefônico para solucionar problemas operacionais, esclarecer dúvidas e atender demandas diversas.

Gestão de Frota, Saúde e Segurança (SSMA)

• Realizar a conferência diária dos veículos e aplicar checklists de frota.
• Conduzir e aplicar os diálogos de segurança com a equipe operacional (DDS - Diálogo Diário de Segurança e DSS - Diálogo Semanal de Segurança).
• Atuar rigorosamente em conformidade com as normas de segurança do Road Safety e os sistemas de gestão da Vitalaire.
