How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Guiar la identificación de mercado potencial, co-creación de propuestas técnicas comerciales para el desarrollo de nuevas aplicaciones para gases industriales y/o medicinales, basado en las metas compartidas de crecimiento de nuevos negocios. Aporta sólido conocimiento técnico, siendo capaz de acompañar y co-crear soluciones técnicas para clientes, en línea con los productos ofertados por el Grupo AL en su segmento.

Principales Funciones y/o Responsabilidades:

1- Desarrollo: Obtener informaciones técnicas en el área de desarrollo de productos y aplicaciones del grupo.

2- Clientes: atraer, cultivar, rentabilizar y establecer relaciones contractuales duraderas con los mismos.

3- Experiencia del cliente: Brindar excelente experiencia del cliente.

4- Cobros: acompañar y promover el cumplimiento en tiempo de los pagos de sus clientes.

5- Mercado: conocer las dinámicas y tendencias del mercado en torno a las aplicaciones (clientes, industria, país) y anticipar cambios.

6- Tecnología: Análisis e Implementación de nuevas tecnologías/soluciones en AL. Promover el uso de la tecnología que el grupo pone a nuestra disposición para el desarrollo de nuevos negocios y demostraciones en clientes.

7- Capacitar: Formación a Representantes Comerciales en aplicaciones.
