Within the framework of project execution environment, supervise & execute the assigned Commissioning Plan for the area - within contractual requirements, quality, schedule and overall cost effectiveness - in order to meet the overall Project objectives / targets您将如何贡献和成长？
Provide technical assistance and support to contractors to ensure the proper understanding and application of AL standards and procedures and CDI requirement;
Receive, inspect and hand-over E&C Hangzhou equipment and materials to contractors;
Perform safety control, and delivery safety events report,(PSSI, near miss), BSV, ACT implementation
Perform quality inspections and report on non-compliance;
Up-date and maintain project site documentation in his discipline, propose evolution to codes and standards related to construction works;
Collect, check and report actual work data from contractors in order to establish progress report;
Participate to CCI activities with the acceptance of works and related punch lists;
Have the authority to request quality controls compliance with ITP and test pack, to check, inspect witness, approve or reject work or part of work.

Bachelor degree in engineering (chemical / mechanical) or above;
Basic knowledge of related construction methods;
Good organization and coordination skills, capacity of independent working;
Accept site work and long term travel;
Good English.
