From installation, training on how to use equipment, servicing and removal.\nHow will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?\nProvide administrative support to the commercial activity and/or to the customers/patients, like contract management, customer organizations' interfaces, payors' interfaces (States or Private Insurance).The ideal candidate must hold a recognised qualification in the area of Accountancy or Credit Management\nHigh level organisation\nStrong and accurate data entry & typing\nAbility to liaise and build rapport with a wide range of contacts both internal and external\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a polite and courteous telephone manner.\nCommitment to achieve KPI’s and\nCommitment to continuous improvement\nTeam player\nAbility to work under pressure\nProficient in use of Microsoft excel and google sheet for reporting\nMonitor bad debtors list.\nActively pursue outstanding invoices for payment.\nEscalate bad debts to the general manager when appropriate. Report on bad debtors as required.\nMonitor the flow of invoices, credits and statements to expedite payment.\nLiaise with other departments to ensure payment of invoices.\nReport on overdue debtors weekly.\nStaff training for credit control cover.\nUpdate disputed invoices on weekly spreadsheet\nRaise credit approval Forms for New and Existing Accounts when necessary.\nObtain authority to raise daily supplementary invoices and credit notes and update spreadsheets accordingly.\nRaise Credit notes and Supplementary invoices as and when required.\nDaily collection calls/emails comments updated in Open Account and Debtors Ledger.\nUndertake any reasonable tasks or duties assigned by the appropriate line managers from time to time, related to the effective and efficient performance of the job.\nMonitor bank accounts to ensure accurate allocation of payments by the Shared Services Team. •Review new accounts before the month end run to ensure they have been set up correctly.\nReview exception reports and make corrections to contracts where necessary.\nAre you a MATCH?\n1.
