Responsibilities Extract, clean, and structure large volumes of data from heterogeneous Group sources. Perform Process Mining analyses to map, audit, and optimize end-to-end processes. Identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and organizational silos through data. Develop analytical, descriptive, and predictive models to support strategic transformation decisions. Collaborate with Process Owners and business teams to translate data insights into concrete action plans. Design and automate dashboards to track the impact of transformation initiatives. ______
