He/she will be the direct point of contact with local CFOs, GBS and clusters for treasury matters.He/she provides support to Corporate Finance for the ST/LT funding of the entities.\nAt the EAMEI / HHC GBU level, his/her role involves\n- Leading Treasury Projects for EAMEI / HHC GBU\n- Cashflow Forecast and Liquidity management responsibility for all entities in EAMEI / HHC GBU\n- Corporate Finance CoE responsibility including funding and capital structure for EAMEI / HHC GBU\n- Leading other treasury functions at EAMEI / HHC GBU as may be assigned\n- Act as a back-up for other EAMEI / HHC CoE Treasury team members for their geographical scope\nFor the assigned geographical scope he/she will be leading treasury matters, in line with the main contributions highlighted below, and manage bank relationships and group compliance with the support of local CFO / teams and ensure all affiliates have enough funds to run their operations. He/she provides support to Corporate Finance for the ST/LT funding of the entities.\nManage all Treasury, Payments & Cash Management activities at an Entity/cluster/GBS/CoE/GBU/HO level. Also responsible for Financial Risk Management (Financing, Foreign Exchange, Banking, Cash flow...).\n1. Financial Risk management & Insurance Management\nExecutes hedges within financial policy principles in line with group policy\nManage foreign exchange coverage, validate hedging strategy both FX and interest rate.\nManage FX exposure across the scope.\nEnsure the implementation of the KTP Web tool and FX deals reporting when local hedging is performed due to local constraints (Aim, benefits, etc), soon to be Quantum (from FIS).\nDefine BCP with support of the entity and ALEBS to ensure the continuity of treasury activity\n2. Cash and Liquidity Management\nOwn the full process of Cash and Liquidity management with the entities and ALEBS team.\nMaintain local cash pooling structure within the entities.\nSupervise and contribute to treasury processes: weekly cash flow forecast, monthly operational actual cash flow\nEnsure all reports related to Treasury and cash projection management are done on time\nMonitor working capital and assist affiliates in improving their DSO, DIO and DPO.\n3. Funding and Financial Investment Management and Reporting\nSupport short term, long term funding and customer financing projects. \nEnsure proper control at entity levels of bank covenants, bank loan maturing and guarantees.\nDrive implementation of factoring and supply chain financing solutions when applicable\nSupport and ensure the deployment of any treasury project initiated by the CoE Treasury (encrypted payments, TMS, etc).\n4. Performance, Quality & Conformity Management\nEnsure deliverables quality\nEnsure Service Level Agreement Compliance and report any dysfunction\nEnsure to implement the process improvements\nManage and update Treasury procedures if needed.\nManage Treasury Internal Control Reviews across EAMEI in coordination with Group Treasury and Head of COE\nManage financial fraud and dispute cases\n5.
