Project Development & Bidding Phase\nCollaborate with business development and proposal teams to build competitive execution and sourcing plans\nReview project scopes, site requirements, resource availability, cost estimates, and risk mitigation strategies\nVerify that technical and commercial proposals align with contract requirements and company standards\n2. Project Execution Phase\nTake full ownership of EPC project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to required specifications\nManage vendors, contractors, and internal teams to optimize cost, quality, and scheduling\nLead site construction and pre-commissioning work to guarantee operational readiness\nCoordinate interactions between internal stakeholders, partners, and client representatives to meet the performance up to the transfer to Operations \nManage scope changes, permits, and ongoing project risks\nOversee final testing, secure the Preliminary Acceptance Certificate, and smoothly hand over the facility to the Operations team\n3. Safety & Continuous Improvement\nAlign the execution plan and team assignments with all Safety, Quality, Risk Management, and Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements.\nContinuously enforce Safety, Quality, and Risk processes throughout the entire project execution.\nPrepare and conduct the capitalization review\nAre you a MATCH?\nA minimum of 15 years of experience in process engineering and engineering management \nProven ability to manage end-to-end industrial EPC projects\nStrong leadership skills with a track record of managing project teams and influencing
