We are looking for a Finance Manager to join the dynamic team.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
1. General Accounting Role
Policy & Compliance:
- Maintain and update accounting policies to ensure strict alignment with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and the adaptation of global Group policies.
Day-to-day work:
- Partner directly with the Business Service Center (BSC) team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger across all accounting functions (AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Inventory).
- Ensure statutory Financial statements are presented accurately and on time, acting as the key local facilitator for external auditors and the BSC.
- Lead, coordinate, and reconcile the periodical physical stock count.
- Prepare periodic statistical and investment reports.
- Provide ongoing guidance, support, and process training to end-users across various departments.
- Execute other General Ledger coordination tasks as required.
Strategic initiatives and change management:
- Together with a head of finance, act as a local representative for Group / Cluster wide strategic projects, including updating ERP. The expected role is to become a bridge between local entities and the project management team to ensure smooth transition.
2. Internal Control Role
- Ensure all local internal control policies and frameworks are documented, implemented, and up to date.
- Conduct periodic internal control reviews, identify process gaps, and prepare compliance reports for management.
- Train internal staff on compliance best practices and execute other ad-hoc tasks as required by the management team.
Are you a MATCH?
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a General Accountant or in a similar full-cycle accounting role.Prior experience working in a Big 4 accounting firm is a strong plus.
- Deep expertise in VAS paired with a solid understanding of IFRS.
- Hands-on, working experience with top-tier ERP systems (Oracle or SAP is required).
- Holding a valid Chief Accountant Certificate is highly preferred.
- A dedicated team player with an open mind, strong cross-functional communication skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
