You will qualify leads, craft compelling commercial proposals, and consistently go the \"extra mile\" to meet and exceed your sales quotas.\nDeliver an Outstanding Customer Experience: Engage with food & pharma prospects and clients daily across multiple channels. By building strong, lasting relationships, you will ensure high customer satisfaction and drive repe’t business.\nPromote Innovative Solutions: Act as a trusted advisor by proactively introducing customers to the latest Air Liquide innovations, new products, and relevant service updates.\nEnsure Commercial Accuracy: Provide customers with accurate pricing and well-calculated quotes, while keeping our CRM seamlessly updated with all lead information and sales activities.\nAre you a MATCH?\nWhat You Bring to the Team:\n Proven Sales Experience: You hold a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing (or similar), backed by at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced inside sales or telesales environment. You have a proven track record of successfully generating and chasing both cold and warm leads.\nConsultative Mindset: You are highly analytical and possess strong active listening skills. You easily understand complex customer needs and know exactly how to translate them into the right Air Liquide solutions.\n Master Communicator (Trilingual): Building interpersonal relationships comes naturally to you. To seamlessly connect with our diverse client base, you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, English, and French.\n Tech-Savvy & Organized: You thrive in a digital, fast-paced environment where multitasking and time management are key.
