They play a key role in customer service, providing expert advice and collaborating with colleagues to meet customer needs. The ISR is also responsible for processing orders, managing inventory, preparing quotes, and staying informed about competitors' activities. They actively contribute to the smooth operation of the store and customer satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nWelcome and advise customer\nProvide first-rate assistance to customers in selecting welding equipment, durable goods, power tools, safety supplies, and industrial gases.\nProvide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and by email.\nMeet customer needs by recommending appropriate products and services.\nOrder Management:\nAnalyze and expedite customer orders in a timely manner.\nEnter sales data, quotes, and other relevant information into the inventory control system.\nEnsure that customer inquiries regarding billing issues, bottle balances, order status, and delivery times are handled appropriately.\nMaintaining inventory:\nAssist the manager in ordering the appropriate merchandise to ensure that stock remains at an acceptable level.\nRestock merchandise in the store.\nProspecting and competitive intelligence:\nPrepare and deliver effective presentations and sales proposals to potential customers.\nIdentify, monitor, and document competitive market activities by gathering current market information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.\n___________________\nAre you a MATCH?\nRequired Qualifications\n2 to 5 years of experience in the industry, customer service, or sales of welding or industrial products\n\nGood knowledge of computer systems and the Google suite\n\nHigh school diploma\n\nClass 5 license, clean driving record\n\nPositive attitude and focus on customer service\n\nAbility to lift 50 pounds\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of welding processes and products is an asset but is not mandatory.\n\nExperience with forklift trucks would also be an asset.\n\nOur Differences make our Performance\nAt Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.\nWe welcome and consider applications from all qualified applicants, regardless of their background.
