The candidate could also be responsible for the filling of medical gases and the quality control, based on the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) when applicable. We are offering this key position for an exceptionally detail oriented, safety conscious and hard working individual. If you are looking for a role that combines critical thinking and physicality, this may be the role for you!\nKey Responsibilities:\nPreparing empty cylinders for filling\nFilling and handling high pressure cylinders while following Air Liquides safety requirements\nResponsible for quality and safety control\nAdministration and ongoing process involvement\nPrepare, inspect, set up, monitor and operate filling equipment\nCommunicate with maintenance and management on issues concerning cylinders\nComply with all safety rules and standard safety practices\nKeep workstation area and housekeeping at company standards\nMaintain and improve efficiency standards through teamwork\nProduce quality product in the required time frame\nPerform quality test to check fill weights, proper labeling and coding\nPerform proper cleaning of product tanks\nAbility to perform tasks in other areas if needed\nAbility to lift and/ or roll cylinders as necessary\nOperating material handling equipment including forklifts.\nShipping of cylinder in accordance to TDG regulations\nAssembling pallets and loading/unloading trucks.\n___________________\nAre you a MATCH?\nRequired Qualifications:\n1-2 years experience in the industrial sector\nWhen applicable, has to be qualify on Medical filling process and GMP\nHigh school diploma\nKnowledge of compressed gases is an asset\nGood written and oral communication skills\nForklift experience is an asset\nMust be physically fit, have an excellent work ethic and be a quick learner\nMust be flexible in working hours.
