He/She collaborates closely with local and regional teams to guarantee effective deployment, adoption, and support of IT products and services within the Domain across the Americas.\nSupport the Order Management Domain Director in the following activities:\nOrder Management Domain roadmap\nTranslate the Order Management Domain Strategy into clear product goals, priorities, and executable roadmaps.\nEnable and support business teams to define their application strategy and vision.\nCoordinate and facilitate across Domain teams and actively engage the PM/PO community to secure collaboration and resolve interdependencies across the Americas.\nTrack and report on value delivered using tangible KPIs (e.g., order processing efficiency, system adoption rates, reduction of incident tickets).\nAllocate resources and funding effectively by overseeing the prioritization of strategic initiatives across product teams.\nGuiding roll-out, change management and Operational Excellence\nFoster customer satisfaction and excellent service levels through effective project execution, cost optimization, and process standardization.\nEnsure the overall work of the product teams is achieved on time, within budget, and with high operational performance.\nPromote the adoption of IT solutions by leading awareness campaigns, training, and securing stakeholder buy-in.\nFoster alignment and seamless coordination across product teams within the scope, promoting cross-functional synergies and best practices.\n___________________\nAre you a MATCH?\nEducation, Training or Certification Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, MIS, Business, or a related discipline.\n5+ years of experience across two of the three areas: Business/Operations, IT, or Project Management.\nKnowledge & Skills\nSpecific systems expertise in Order Management processes (order entry, pricing, invoicing, etc.) is essential for success.\nDeep understanding of geographic opportunities and challenges within the Order Management Domain scope.\nStrong strategic planning capabilities and a value-driven mindset.\nDemonstrated experience in project management, team leadership, and executing IT product roll-outs.\nExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.\nFamiliarity with Agile principles and associated ways of working.\nOur Differences make our Performance\nAt Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.\nWe welcome and consider applications from all qualified applicants, regardless of their background.
