The Owner Projevct Manager will hand over the installation to the Country’s Operations organisation.\nJob Summary:\nAs the Owner Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project including scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety and environmental issues.\nThe PM will work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations and ensure they are met throughout the life cycle of the project.\nThe role involves overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. This requires strong leadership skills in addition to excellent communication abilities to effectively communicate progress updates to stakeholders at every stage of the process. Responsibilities:\nDuring the project development phase:\nDefinition of the solution:\n\nPM supports the Business Developer and the CIE Development team to develop the most competitive economical & technical solution, in compliance with applicable standards and AL rules,\n\nPM ensures that the developed solution addresses all necessary aspects of quality and risks (as defined in applicable standards), also in regards to the execution phase.\n\nPM participates in the negotiation and challenges all the stakeholders to ensure the best competitiveness.\n\nSolution integration:\n\nPM gathers and validates all local information and requirements to be considered for the full integration,\n\nPM ensures the technical integrity of the proposal and consistency between the commercial offer and the inputs of different stakeholders.\n\nHandover to execution:\n\nPM establishes the project objectives, execution strategy, KPIs and documentation (technical solution, budget, planning, scope ...)\n\nDuring the project execution phase:\nResources:\n\nPM defines and requests the Accountable Person the necessary resources and skills (typically Project Engineers and Experts) to achieve project objectives.\n\nWork coordination:\n\nPM manages and challenges external/internal suppliers, including E&C,\n\nPM coordinates interactions between different stakeholders (Engineering & Constrution team and local partners)\n\nPM manages changes and he supports, as the case may be, the commercial team for customer negotiation in relation with such changes\n\nPM monitors the risks along the defined mitigation plan\n\nHandover to Operations:\nPM ensures the achievement of the defined project objectives: technical performances, budget, schedule, risk mitigation.\n\nPM prepares and leads the capitalization review, and communicates its outcomes.\n\n___________________\nAre you a MATCH?\nQualifications:\nHolds an Engineering degree or equivalent,\n\nHas a minimum of 20 years operational experience in Project Management / Project Engineering activities for chemical industry and minimum 10 years of experience in ASU projects.\n\nKnowledgeable on industrial activities, on risks associated with Projects, pertaining to safety and reliability.\n\nDemonstrates a high level of safety mind-set, pushes the project team to strongly consider all relevant safety rules. Performs safety reviews and initiates immediately appropriated measures when needed.\n\nLanguage: English and Hindi\nTechnical expertise : ASU technologies in Gas industry.\nKnowledge and Knowhow specific to the job\nStrongly safety and reliability mindset\n\nVery good knowledge of project management methodology tools and techniques.\n\nGood knowledge of EPC project definition and execution.\n\nGood knowledge of procurement and negotiation.\n\nTechnical knowledge consistent with the project scope.\n\nGeneral knowledge of engineering disciplines and operation & maintenance\n\nKnowledgeable about Industrial Management System specifications and standards\n\nResults oriented.
