Pasadena, TX - Warehouse - NationalAir Liquide Large Industries provides our customers with industrial gas and energy solutions that are vital to their own industrial production. We own and operate over 2,000 miles of industrial gas pipelines in the U.S. supplying mainly oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen and syngas in large quantities from multiple production sources to major customers in the chemicals, petrochemicals, refining and steel industries. Our pipeline operations and industrial gas production facilities are closely monitored 24/7 within our leading-edge operations control center located in Houston, Texas. Our operations control group monitors over 89,000 data points and assists with product supply and coordination. We are constantly optimizing our supply network to provide high reliability and energy efficiencies allowing Air Liquide to adjust supply needs more quickly and effectively enabling growth to our customers.

Air Liquide is hiring for a Pipeline Project Manager in Pasadena, TX.

Within a Center, is responsible for all engineering activities in Project
Engineering for specific projects in accordance with contractual requirements (design, budgeted hours, schedule etc.) by leading a team of Project Engineers and by coordinating with other departments and - if needed - external partners / subcontractors
Job Responsibilities:
Designs and installs onshore pipeline systems including measurement, regulation equipment, and cathodic protection.
Responsible for project scoping, developing project cost estimates and schedules.
Manages the execution of design, survey, drafting, inspection and construction management.
Responsible for developing a feasible pipeline route through design and construction phase including customer interface, agency, and permit approvals.
Responsible for cost and schedule monitoring
Responsible for customer progress reporting.
Additional Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in the design and construction of onshore natural gas, industrial gas and/or liquids pipelines and related facilities.

Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
5-10 yrs of experience in pipeline project management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industrial gas experience.
