Air Liquide Bulgaria has a team of 95 employees serving industrial customers.\nHow will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?\nThe Process Engineer knows how to operate our production facilities and will be responsible for optimizing and managing the operational processes, ensuring process safety, efficiency and reliability.He or She will drive continuous improvement in our production capabilities and maintain the highest standards of quality in our operations.\nOperational Management\nMonitor and optimize daily operations of production facilities.\nEnsure that all processes operate within set parameters and comply with IMS standards.\nDevelop and implement operational procedures and best practices.\nProvide technical support and expertise to production staff and other departments.\nResponsible for plant start-up after stoppage.\nProcess Optimization\nAnalyze production data and KPIs to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.\nImplement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.\nConduct root cause analysis and problem-solving for operational issues.\nRealize programming in DCS (distributed control system) and ensure APC (automated process control).\nSafety and Compliance\nEnsure all operations adhere to AL policies and IMS.\nConduct Self-assessment/internal audit to ensure compliance with IMS.\nDevelop and implement emergency response plans and safety training programs.\nProject Management\nLead and support projects aimed at process improvements, capacity expansion, and new technology implementation.\nPrepare project plans, budgets, and timelines, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.\nDocumentation and Reporting\nMaintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and operational changes (Operating Manuals and SOPs).\nPrepare and present regular reports on operational performance, safety incidents, and improvement initiatives.\nEnsure accurate and timely record-keeping for compliance and audit purposes.\nEnsure and support the MoC process.\nAre you a MATCH?\nEducation: University degree in Operations / Engineering\nPrevious experience: Process engineering or operations within the industrial gases, chemicals, or related industry.\nForeign language: fluent English\nKnowledge and Knowhow Specific to the Job\nASU process knowledge\n5+ years experience in process, production, or project engineering\nPlant operations experience\nExperience working with highly hazardous chemicals at a manufacturing facility\nExperience establishing, tracking and driving gap closure with KPIs (Key Performance Metrics) or equivalent.\nWorking knowledge of DCS (distributed control system) and Process Automation control systems\nManagement and Behaviour Skills\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nStrong understanding of safety regulations and best practices\nEffective communication and project management skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nOur Differences make our Performance\nAt Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.\nWe welcome and consider applications from all qualified applicants, regardless of their background.
