Senior Project Engineer is the Lead of the Engineering part of the project and responsible in a project for:Engineering scope and change management;\nControl of engineering schedule;\nEngineering interface management (customer, supplier, internal disciplines, external engineering company, site)\n•Inputs to the Project Manager for project management\nGeneral\nPossesses multi-disciplines engineering knowledge, good coordination skills and decision taking capability, cost conscious, proactive, schedule conscious.\nAble to challenge disciplines on quantities and quality inconsistencies w.r.t to ITB requirements, can foresee well in advance the risks both cost and schedule wise, and take proactive measures for mitigation, should have drive towards effective change order management\nContributes to optimization of engineering practices, workflows and procedures based on collected KPIs.\nSolves technical problems of various degrees of complexity.\nProject Setup:\nPE is responsible to organize the technical setup of the project\nPreparation of Technical Document Management plan for the project\nWorking together with scheduler and related discipline engineer to baseline master project schedule\nProject Documentation Management setup ( ALAIR, SAP technical setup, documentation numbering system, etc)\nPreparation of Project Design Validation in Plan and implementing the same in execution with due approval of the overall design authority\nSetup of MOC tool to capture the changes during execution phase\n Internal engineering coordination:\nEnsure Project Design Basis and GDSR compliance list is followed\nSite information / site datasheet is aligned with all stakeholders and finalized\nFollow-up engineering progress and manage deviation with support of scheduler & project manager\nOrganize/attend/support project design review Meeting, follow up MOM status, meeting action follow up and close out.\nFollow up the changes on P&IDs after freeze review (before freeze review, PID/System Engineer is in charge of follow-up).\nEnsure implementation of Governance Check and capture the technical HOLDs in Engineering , HOLDs register\nEnsure capturing the changes during execution phase in MOC tool\nFollow up any change (engineering / customer / vendor) and propose resolution of solution with related lead engineer/DA and make sure the change is closed properly\nParticipate in Hazop meeting and close the action points with the help of Engineering disciplines\nProvide technical support to PM for external change orders\nCoordinating with discipline Leads , Design Authorities and Overall Design Authority for timely closure of the PDVP\nCoordinating for As Built documentation\nPrepare engineering close out and associated actions list\nTechnical interface with customer:\nOrganize, conduct necessary technical review meeting with customer\nAs the interface with the customer, leading the technical clarification with the customer, track all technical requirements and questions between E&C and customer.\nMake sure the technical input/output documents exchanges between E&C & customers follows contract requirements\nTracking of client deliverable status and reporting to the management\nObtain the necessary inputs from clients required for engineering completion in a timely manner\nEngineering outsourcing Coordination:\nCoordinate internally with respective disciplines in order to certify the work completion against invoices raised by the engineering subcontractor\nOrganizing Kickoff meeting with engineering subcontractor and Air Liquide discipline leads\nConducting weekly review meetings with engineering subcontractors through telecon/ webex/ hangout.\nResponsible to manage and settle technical change order claims with engineering subcontractor with close coordination of Project Manager\nCapitalization with the engineering subcontractor\n___________________\nAre you a MATCH?\nEducation: Bachelor degree or above in engineering\nDiscipline: Any engineering degrees\nWork Experience: Working experience in the related fields of engineering,\ndesigning, project engineering management, site engineering\nmanagement; in EPC or Detail design engineering companies\nYears of experience:\n8- 10 years and above\nOur Differences make our Performance\nAt Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.\nWe welcome and consider applications from all qualified applicants, regardless of their background.
