Our ALOHA™ and Voltaix® products are critical to the manufacturer of the newest computer chips required for Big Data and the Internet of Things.\nHow will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?\nThe Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for managing day-to-day procurement operations, including reviewing requisitions, placing purchase orders, and managing vendor relationships for MRO and raw materials. This role focuses on maintaining accurate PO data within ERP systems (preferably SAP), negotiating contract terms within budgetary guidelines, driving cost-reduction initiatives, and cross-functionally resolving invoice and supply chain discrepancies.Air Liquide is Hiring for a Purchasing Coordinator!\nWE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!\nPay Range: $57k - $72k annually\nAnnual bonus: 5%\nBenefits starting on first day\nWork Schedule: Hybrid (3 day in office required)\nResponsibilities:\nReview purchase requisitions, place purchase orders, and follow up with vendors for MRO and raw materials orders\nKeep pertinent purchase order information up to date within SAP\nFollow up with vendors regarding delivery dates on POs and scheduling releases from blanket orders.
