How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Como Sales Representative, enfocado en el sector Industrial, las principales responsabilidades incluirán:

- Gestión y desarrollo de negocio: Gestionarás la relación con clientes y distribuidores mediante visitas regulares a todos los niveles, identificando nuevas oportunidades y ofreciendo asesoramiento técnico-comercial especializado sobre nuestros productos y servicios.

- Excelencia en el servicio: Liderarás la coordinación interna y participarás activamente en iniciativas que garanticen la mejor experiencia, satisfacción y mejora continua de tus clientes.

- Optimización y rentabilidad: Analizarás la rentabilidad de tus cuentas e implementarás acciones estratégicas para mejorar los resultados, optimizando los recursos asignados.

- Análisis y reporting: Utilizarás nuestras herramientas de gestión y CRM (Salesforce y Power BI) para reportar de forma regular los avances, novedades y actividades de tu cartera.

Competencias Deseadas:

• Ingeniería o Licenciatura en Químicas

• Experiencia como comercial en el sector industrial

• Fuerte capacidad para construir relaciones duraderas y basadas en la confianza, a todos los niveles, con las partes interesadas (técnicas, adquisición y gestión).

• Identificación y apertura de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

• Orientación a resultados y capacidad de trabajar de forma autónoma.
