Technical & Project solution development: Developing the integrated solution related to large, complex projects involving several technologies through consortiums and technology partnerships, including early customer engagement, covering scope / works for pre feasibility and feasibility studies and budgetary proposals.Communication: develop an effective (internal (H2E, CI, LI, IM) and external) communication strategy and related actionable plan, it leads the effort to develop our branding. Provide insight and guidance to other E&C centers in support of local APAC project development and to facilitate handovers to the proposal and/or project teams.
Energy Transition - Business environment evolution & strategy: acting as the gatekeeper of the strategy and the business intelligence arm, it will watch the market and regulatory evolutions, and keep our strategy up-to-date. It shall be the connector to Lurgi Product Lines in Frankfurt and work in close cooperation with Business Intelligence & Strategy.
Business Model Estimation and low-carbon technologies / products price structure: developing the detailed value proposition for customers and benchmarking / designing the price structure to support AL E&C & LI/IM sales strategy
Train, Coach & Consult AL E&C regional colleagues, APAC sales forces and local LI BD in HyCO technologies, Energy transition technologies and related AL E&C offerings
Public Affairs: keeping an overview on the most important regulations in relation with the Energy Transition and developing a strong networking with the relevant trade associations and authorities, be a first point of contact for consulting exchanges

Bachelor Degree (Chemical, Process, or related)
Discipline:
Solution Development / Sales & Technology / Business Development
Work Experience:
Minimum 5 years working experience (10 or more is a plus) in the area of process / plant engineering, covering at least one or more of the following areas: innovation & development, solution and proposal development, process studies, project execution
Syngas, hydrogen, ammonia, or methanol experience required
Some knowledge about supporting technos (ASU, CO2) a plus
Business development (technical related) experience a plus
Foreign Language:
English (fluent or native proficiency) / French or German is a plus
