The head office is currently in Aberdeen, UK, with several branches worldwide.\nAn opportunity has arisen for a Yardman/Materials Coordinator, this role is responsible for the yard and materials at our Greenbank Road base.\nThe Materials Coordinator aspects of the role are: \nMaintain accurate stock records and documentation, including min/max levels\nCarry out stock counts and record the results, liaise with finance and other departments\nEnsure the store area is clean, organised and safe and aligned with 5S.\nIssue rolls, consumables and spare parts to workshop personnel, whilst maintaining accuracy in ERP system\nRaise PR and advise the Procurement department of requirements. GR of PR’s raised\nThe Yard aspects of the role are:\nAll tasks associated with goods in and out, including mobilising and demobilising equipment\nReceiving incoming deliveries, inspecting goods for accuracy and damage\nEnsure the equipment tracking system is accurate at all times, all items are scanned upon arrival and the system updated.\nSingle cylinder sorting\nPainting assets and single cylinders when required for both Maintenance and Production teams\nAssisting in sling operations with 3rd party vendors\nGeneral yard duties and housekeeping, including but not limited to sweeping and ensuring barriers are erected at all times\nForklift operations\nSupporting with Yard administration\nPreparing single cylinders and local orders for load out\nAssist maintenance and production as and when required\nAny other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements, provided the instruction is reasonable and you are capable and deemed competent to fulfill these.\n___________________\nAre you a MATCH?\nPrevious experience in similar position\nForklift certified B1 and B2\nTeam player with excellent communication skills\nWell organised\nAbility to work on own initiative\nBe computer literate with Microsoft Office / Google environment to a proficient level with good typing skills\nTime management/balancing multiple priorities\nOur Differences make our Performance\nAt Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.\nWe welcome and consider applications from all qualified applicants, regardless of their background.
