Compile information, build work packages and prepare work packages on all assigned aircraft, M facilities and maintenance bases and/or 145 repair stations for heavy maintenance or major alterations.\nResponsibilitiesEssential Functions and Responsibilities include the following: \n\nManage maintenance plans to achieve a 95% inspection/task yield rate\n\nWork closely with component planning to schedule work of time controlled parts and repetitive inspections to be performed by maintenance personnel\n\nCoordinate with Purchasing, Warehousing and the AOG Buyer to insure availability of required parts tooling and components at the M facility or base\n\nEnsure all requisitions for pre-planned parts and tooling orders are performed on time and within SOP requirements\n\nParticipate in Coordination and Pre-dock meetings with 145 repair stations (heavy maintenance planning only)\n\nSchedule work compliance on all EOs, EAS and FCDs issued by Engineering for base or M facility accomplishment \n\nCoordinate with M facility leads, or 145 repair station management concerning available manpower and tooling to support planned/schedule maintenance and adjust work packages are necessary based on allocations. Conduct weekly planning meetings with area/region.\n\nSchedule MEL deferrals to include materials and tooling to support deferral in base, line or heavy maintenance work packages\n\nPrepare weekly base task listing (line and base planning only)\n\nProvide assistance to Base/Line mechanics entering data into Ramco and Air Vault to close out daily work as needed. Provide assistance to Vendor 145 repair stations entering data into Ramco and Air Vault to close out work packages.\n\nAudit completed work packages to transfer any deferred work and ensure work packages are closed out. Notify management of any discrepancies, delays or issues with work packages. \n\nlan workloads to expedite the maintenance and repair of the assigned aircraft fleet. \n\nAdditional Job Requirements\nRegular scheduled attendance\n\nIndicate the percentage of time spent traveling - 2%\n\nSubject to applicable laws and Air Method’s policies, regular attendance is an essential function of the position.
