We like scrappy.\nThis role is a full-time position located out of our office in Pittsburgh, PA.\nScope of Responsibilities\nCollaborate with other software engineers, product managers, and client-facing teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions\nLead the deployment and integration of our software and data solutions in client environments, ensuring smooth implementation and adherence to project timelines\nActively participate in designing, building and testing scalable data architecture\nCraft clean, testable, and maintainable code\nParticipate in the end-to-end software development of new feature functionality and design capabilities\nOptimize processes for maximum speed and accuracy\nRegularly seek out innovation and continuous improvement, finding efficiency in all assigned tasks\nQualifications\nU.S. Citizenship is required\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience\nRequired Skills: \n1+ years of software development experience with a high-level software stack \nCurrent possession of a U.S. security clearance, or the ability to obtain one with our sponsorship\nAbility to communicate technical information to non-technical \nIntermediate SQL development \nStrong proficiency with backend API languages such as Java/Spring Boot (preferred) or equivalent\nExperience performing meaningful tasks in Linux\nPrior hands-on experience working with data-driven analytics\nExperience working in agile/scrum teams\nAbility to work independently with little supervision\nA burning desire to work in a challenging fast-paced tech environment\nDesired Skills: \nExperience working within the boundaries of a Federal government accredited software environment\nExperience in or exposure to the nuances of a startup or other entrepreneurial environment\nExperience working in a client-facing or consulting role Familiarity with Javascript/ReactJS\nWe firmly believe that past performance is the best indicator of future performance.
