Smooth days for everyone inside. Every day. \nAs our Intern for Workplace & People Intern, you’ll sit right where our office meets our people. You’ll coordinate trades and service providers, keep track of appointments and be the go-to person for our subtenants. Yes, that includes chasing quotes and following up until everything’s fixed. On the People & Culture side, you’ll support recruiting, onboarding and team initiatives, and bring in your own ideas to make our office work better for everyone. \n\n*** You’ll be part of our People & Culture team in Munich, full-time and on-site five days a week.***\n\nYour responsibilities\nYou coordinate trades and service providers, from getting quotes to checking the work is done right.\nYou schedule and keep track of repairs, maintenance and other appointments. \nYou coordinate our sublease and be the contact person for our subtenants.\nYou will be the go-to person for all things workplace.\nYou take ownership of predefined projects, bring them to life, and support new improvement and automation ideas from first idea to done. \nYou help our People & Culture team with recruiting, onboarding and team initiatives (e.g our yearly company events).\nThis is you \nYou’re in the final stages of your studies or have recently completed them, and/or have gained first experience in workplace or office management, HR administration, hospitality or something similar, ready to contribute and grow.First experience is absolutely enough; we care more about your drive than your years. \n\nYou love thinking creatively and taking initiative to make things happen, and your structured, precise working style helps you bring your ideas to life effectively.\nYou genuinely enjoy working for people.
