As a part of our field sales team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of converting home visits with customers interested in saving money and CO2 on their energy bills by switching to an air source heat pump. \nWhat you'll be doing\nVisiting customers in their homes and closing sales on air source heat pumps, solar panels, insulation, and other green tech.\n\nEducating customers on the benefits of heat pumps and other clean energy tech\n\nIncluding pre booked sales visits, you will need to generate your own leads via cold calling and referrals to accomplish sales in line with our KPIs\n\nManage and maintain your sales pipeline via our CRM system HubSpot \n\nProvide an excellent customer service while in our customers homes using our Aira Sales Method \n\nCollaborate with our design team and planning team to ensure all expectations are met for our customers\n\nWhat we would like you to have\nWe will provide all necessary product training at our Aira Academy, however we need you to have the following:\nFull UK Driving License - This is a field base role\n\nExperience within in a field based sales role \n\nConfidence working with sales software and CRM systems \n\nAn excitement for sales and working towards targets \n\nProblem solving and positive mindset for negotiating and overcoming objections\n\nA Passion for active and forward thinking working environments\n\nIt would be good to have experience in renewables or energy sales, but not essential.\nWhat we offer\nBase salary of £27,340 with an Uncapped Commission Structure \n\n25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays \n\nHealth Cash Plan\n\nReward Gateway (shopping discount)\n\nLife Insurance\n\nPension \n\nReferral Scheme \n\nCompany EV + Fuel Card \n\nAll equipment needed to carry out your role: iPad, company phone etc\n\nWe encourage early applications as we may close the role once we find the right candidate.\nAt Aira, We’re not just champions of next-generation energy, we’re champions in Diversity and Inclusion too.
