Your work sits at the intersection of Support operations and learning design: you translate SOP changes, QA findings, workflow updates, and product launches into practical training that agents and vendor trainers can apply immediately.\nThis is a hands-on training role: you are expected to be comfortable facilitating, coaching, observing delivery, and working directly with agents and vendor trainers-not only creating materials. You are responsible for the quality of the training you develop and deliver, and for keeping your manager informed so they can make decisions, remove blockers, and connect your work to broader business priorities.\nWhat you'll do\nDesign and develop training programs, refreshers, onboarding modules, job aids, and assessments for internal support teams and vendor partners.\nConvert complex workflows, SOPs, and product changes into clear, practical, learner-friendly materials.\nKeep assigned training materials accurate and up to date as processes, tools, and policies change.\nMaintain version control and change logs for materials you own.\nFacilitate training sessions, onboarding programs, and practice-based learning activities for internal and vendor audiences, providing direct coaching and actionable feedback to agents and vendor trainers.\nUse practical methods such as ticket simulations, scenario exercises, observations, and knowledge checks to build confidence and support application in production-not just comprehension.\nCapture recurring learner confusion and escalate patterns to your manager rather than resolving systemic issues independently.\nParticipate in Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions to help prepare vendor trainers to deliver Airalo training accurately.\nSupport new vendor onboarding by contributing training materials and delivery support.\nObserve vendor-led refresher training and document feedback on delivery quality against agreed standards.\nShare observations and follow-up needs with your manager; decisions on remediation or certification sit with the Training Manager.\nUse QA findings, CSAT signals, ticket trends, and stakeholder input to identify training gaps for the areas you are assigned.\nConfirm with your manager whether the identified need calls for training, a job aid, an SOP update, or a different intervention.\nReview training results and post-training performance signals-including learner feedback, QA findings, assessment trends, production performance, and direct observations-to identify where learners are struggling and whether the training is being applied effectively.\nBring clear findings and practical recommendations to your manager; final decisions on broader interventions, remediation, or process changes remain with the manager.\nCoordinate logistics, timelines, attendance, and materials with the teams involved in your assigned programs.\nShare clear updates on progress, readiness, and blockers with relevant stakeholders.\nEscalate conflicting inputs, unclear priorities, or decisions with broader business impact to your manager before acting.\nUse tools such as Genially, Google AI Studio, and Google Apps Script to improve the quality and efficiency of training materials where appropriate.\nApply technology within the standards and guardrails your manager has set; flag new tool ideas for review before adopting them.\nWhat you'll bring:\nProven ability to learn new processes quickly, absorb operational context, and translate it into training others can apply immediately.\nProven hands-on experience in a training or learning design role, preferably in a customer support environment. This is not an entry-level transition into training; you should already be able to facilitate, coach, observe, and give actionable feedback with confidence.\nStrong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.\nExcellent facilitation, coaching, observation, and presentation skills, including remote delivery.\nAbility to create clear, practical training materials that people can apply in production.\nClear written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.\nComfortable working within defined scope and escalating decisions rather than acting independently on things that affect broader operations.\nOrganised, reliable, and consistent in follow-through.\nAdvanced English.\nNice To Haves:\nPrior experience in a telecommunications or eSIM-related environment.\nKnowledge of GSMA-related technologies and services.\nFamiliarity with Zendesk or similar support tools.\nExperience with learning tools such as Genially, Google AI Studio, or similar.\nAvailability to work in shifts.","description_format":"text","description_chars":4818,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"Advanced (C1)","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"Philippines","iso":"PH","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Mobile Games","Gift Cards & Loyalty Programs","Smartphones"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-24T21:24:21Z"}],"liveness":{"score":90,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.903,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":75,"reasons":["conf:0","velocity","win:early","comp:junior"],"computed_at":"2026-09-25T05:45:01Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/airalo-training-specialist","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/airalo-training-specialist.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-26T02:14:11Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":2258,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":2742,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-09-27T00:00:00Z"}}}
