This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.\nYou will work closely with senior finance team members and cross-functional stakeholders. This role focuses on accounting records, help with financial reporting, bank transactions and continuous improvement of financial processes, providing strong exposure to the financial operations of a global product company.\nThis is a fully onsite position, based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in person and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are open to support with relocation efforts.\n\nResponsibilities\nSupport the month-end closing activities and related reporting.\n\nPrepare recurring and ad-hoc financial reports to support decision-making.\n\nPerforming accounting records, bank transactions and support tax compliance activities.\n\nCollaborate with teams such as Product, Marketing and Operations to gather data and align financial insights with business goals.\n\nSupport the review and reconciliation of expense reports, bank statements, AR balances and AP balances.\n\nSupport cash flow monitoring and cost analysis efforts.\n\nContribute to the continuous improvement and automation of financial processes and tools, including ERP and expense management systems.\n\nEnsure accuracy and consistency of financial data through careful review and reconciliation activities.\n\nRequirements\nApproximately 1 year of experience in finance, financial analysis, accounting, or a related area.\n\nDegree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.\n\nStrong analytical skills with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.\n\nComfort working with Excel or Google Sheets; experience with financial systems or ERPs (such as Netsuite, Payhawk, Ramp, or similar tools) is a plus.\n\nBasic understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).\n\nAbility to communicate financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.\n\nProactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.\n\nFluent in English, both written and verbal.\n\nWhy Join Air Apps?
