You will work closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to implement automated testing strategies, increase test coverage, and optimize testing efficiency.\nYour contributions will directly impact the stability, performance, and reliability of our applications across web and mobile platforms.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web and mobile applications.\n\nCreate and execute automated regression, functional, performance, and API tests.\n\nIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.\n\nCollaborate with development teams to ensure testability of features and early defect detection.\n\nAnalyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and report issues to development teams.\n\nEnhance test coverage by identifying critical scenarios and edge cases.\n\nWork with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and best practices.\n\nStay up to date with emerging automation tools, frameworks, and testing methodologies.\n\nRequirements\nAround 3+ years of experience in test automation development.\n\nProficiency in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright).\n\nStrong experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.\n\nHands-on experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured, or similar).\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI).\n\nExperience with version control systems (Git) and test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr).\n\nStrong understanding of software testing principles, SDLC, and agile methodologies.\n\nKnowledge of performance and load testing tools (JMeter, Gatling) is a plus.\n\nExperience testing mobile applications (iOS & Android) is a plus.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.\n\nWhat benefits are we offering?\nApple hardware ecosystem for work.\n\nAnnual Bonus.\n\nMedical Insurance (including vision & dental).\n\nDisability insurance - short and long-term.\n\n401k up to 4% contribution.\n\nAir Conference - an opportunity to meet the team, collaborate, and grow together.\n\nTransportation budget\n\nFree meals at the hub\n\nGym membership\n\nDiversity & Inclusion\nAt Air Apps, we are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace.
