You will assist in coordinating between drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth booking fulfillment. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-time operations, data tracking, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nBooking Operations & Monitoring\nAssist in managing advance bookings, including job card creation, driver assignment, and status updates.\n\nMonitor bookings in real time to support timely driver allocation and trip completion.\n\nHelp track operational performance, including completion rates and cancellations.\n\nIdentify basic booking issues (e.g., unassigned jobs, scheduling conflicts) and escalate when necessary.\n\nCustomer & Driver Support\nSupport communication with drivers and passengers regarding advance bookings.\n\nRespond to inquiries via internal channels and escalate complex cases to relevant teams.\n\nAssist in sending reminders and updates to ensure booking readiness.\n\nMaintain records of operational issues and support activities.\n\nData Management & Reporting\nUpdate and maintain booking data from dashboards and internal systems.\n\nEnsure data accuracy in live tracking sheets and remove duplicates.\n\nSupport reporting by preparing data in Google Sheets.\n\nAssist in identifying trends and insights to improve operations.\n\nProcess & Cross-Team Collaboration\nFollow SOPs to ensure consistent operational processes.\n\nCollaborate with Operations and other teams to resolve issues.\n\nContribute ideas to improve workflows and efficiency.\n\nSkills & Competencies\nOperational Awareness: Basic understanding of workflows and ability to follow processes.\n\nCommunication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication.\n\nTime Management & Multitasking: Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.\n\nAttention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in data and operations.\n\nProblem Solving: Willingness to learn and resolve issues with guidance.\n\nTeamwork: Able to work independently and collaboratively.\n\nQualifications & Requirements\nMalaysian citizens only\n\nOpen to students or fresh graduates (Internship level)\n\nPreferred background in Business Administration, Management, or related fields\n\nBasic proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets)\n\nGood command of English; additional languages (Malay, Mandarin, Tamil) are an advantage\n\nWilling to work rotational shifts and weekends\n\nAble to be based in Puchong (or relocate nearby)\n\nWe are all different - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
