Your primary objective will be to design, build, and deploy automated data pipelines and advanced dashboards that provide real-time visibility to department leadership.\nKey Responsibilities\nData Centralization: Audit, clean, and consolidate disparate data sources scattered across regional spreadsheets, local files and departments.\nPipeline Data Engineering: Build and optimize relational data structures using Google BigQuery or advanced Google Sheets architecture.\nDashboard Development: Design and deploy intuitive, automated visualization dashboards using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.\n Process Automation: Write scripts (e.g., Python, Google SQL or Google Apps Script) to automate manual data extraction and scheduling tasks.\nStakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Warehouse, Maintenance and Engineering Support Team to translate raw technical metrics into actionable departmental KPIs.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.\nDatabase Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of SQL queries, data modelling, and database normalisation.\n Analytics Tools: Hands-on familiarity with Google BigQuery, advanced Google Sheets formulas (e.g., Query, ArrayFormula), or cloud data warehouses.\nVisualization: Experience creating clean, interactive user interfaces and performance dashboards.\nProgramming: Basic proficiency in Python, R, or Javascript/Google Apps Script is highly preferred.\nWhat You Will Learn & Gain\nOwnership: Direct responsibility for architectural decisions from raw data ingestion to final executive visualisation.\nDomain Expertise: Deep understanding of Airline/MRO operations, Asset and Component repair process and conversant in the Engineering support chain ecosystem.\nMentorship: Direct guidance from experienced operations managers to help bridge the gap between academic theory and enterprise reality.\nWe are all different - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
